The plastic bottle with transparent trigger sprayer is a practical packaging designed for convenient dosing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for formulations where even application to the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles is required. The ergonomic trigger mechanism makes application easier even with frequent use and helps achieve more precise targeting with lower product consumption.
This product is a combination of bottle and trigger sprayer supplied as a functional unit. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter you can clearly sort the packaging according to several parameters – for example neck type, size, colour or material. This enables you to quickly find bottles, jars or containers that best match the requirements of your formulation and the intended dosing method.
The bottle with trigger sprayer can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for another safe filling.
When maintaining the trigger sprayer, it is advisable to first empty the container and rinse it with lukewarm water or a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent. We then recommend pressing the sprayer several times with clean water so that the entire dosing mechanism and tube are flushed through. After cleaning, disinfection with a suitable alcoholic solution and repeated spraying may follow. Before filling, allow all parts to dry thoroughly to prevent dilution or alteration of your formulation.
The plastic bottle with sprayer is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Exposure to high temperatures may lead to deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the functionality of the spraying mechanism. For cleaning and disinfection we recommend using lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and then alcoholic disinfection according to recommendations for cosmetic packaging, without extreme thermal stress.
The trigger sprayer is ideal especially for low-viscosity liquids that need to be distributed over a larger area or applied as a fine mist. In practice this includes, for example, toners, hydrolats, hair lotions, textile and interior sprays, products for plants or auxiliary solutions for cleaning and maintenance. For more viscous emulsions or gels we always recommend carrying out your own dosing test and, if necessary, choosing another type of closure or pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the plastic type specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and rinse it to remove product residues. Then separate the individual parts (bottle body and sprayer) according to local waste-sorting rules. Information about the material and the recommended recycling stream is given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website, which makes it easier to place the packaging in the correct container.
