Transparent plastic jar with gold lid and inner sifter represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for creams, gels, loose and finely milled products. The transparent container allows visual control of the contents, while the inner sifter supports even pickup and clean dosing. Thanks to its high-quality design, the jar is suitable for home as well as professional use in small-scale production of cosmetics and body care accessories.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the jar from dust, then cleaning it with a suitable cleaning agent and disinfecting it with an alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection of the inner surface you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature.
The jar can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to wash the packaging thoroughly, remove residues of the original product and disinfect the inner space. For disinfection we recommend alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. With repeated use always consider the compatibility of the jar material with the new formulation and ensure that no residues of the previous product remain.
We recommend storing the jar in a dry, clean and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. By maintaining a stable room temperature and protection from dust you reduce the risk of contamination and degradation of the contents. For long-term storage of empty packaging it is advisable to keep the lid closed so that the inner space does not become contaminated and the jar is ready for hygienic filling.
If you decide not to use the jar further, we recommend first emptying it and mechanically cleaning it from product residues. Then sort the packaging according to the type of plastic material specified in the parameter table with the product on the Handymade.sk website. It is advisable to place both the jar and the lid into the appropriate container for plastic waste in accordance with local recycling rules. By correct sorting you support reprocessing of the material and reduction of the amount of waste.
Choosing suitable packaging is made easier by the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. Thanks to it you can filter precisely according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. We recommend starting by selecting a category (for example jars, bottles or dropper bottles) and then narrowing the offer using the filter so that the packaging matches as closely as possible the consistency, dosing method and intended use of your product.
