Lanolin is a natural ingredient that comes from sheep’s wool. In its composition and properties, lanolin is the closest to natural human skin sebum.

Anhydrous lanolin is produced by multistep refining of sheep wool fat. This fat is obtained naturally during the washing (cleaning) of sheep’s wool. It is produced without the use of antioxidants. It is partially freed of its odor.

It has very exceptional properties in skin care – it can moisturize the skin excellently and in depth, heal dry and cracked skin. It creates a protective layer on the skin and protects it in the long term. Lanolin is very often used, precisely because of its properties, also for impregnation.

It is also very effective in creams for cracked nipples after breastfeeding and very popular in the care of baby skin.
You can add it to ointments, creams, butters, soaps and similar.

Solubility: lanolin is soluble in fats.
