The glass medicine bottle with white-gold dropper represents an elegant, practical and professional packaging for various types of liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the precise dropper closure, it is suitable for filling preparations where accurate, controlled and hygienic dosing is important. The packaging is ideal for cosmetic, aromatherapeutic and laboratory use and helps maintain the stability and quality of the stored contents.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a dropper closure which provides precise dosing and reliable sealing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the given combination is suitable for the specific product under real conditions of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. For the correct integration of the packaging into your production, we recommend familiarising yourself with this data before you start filling, especially for recipes with a higher content of active substances or volatile components.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling. However, with every new filling it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles – the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
First remove the residues of the original contents by rinsing with a suitable medium (for example water with a mild cleansing agent compatible with the formulation used). Then thoroughly rinse the bottle and the individual parts of the dropper with clean water, or with demineralised water if necessary, to remove detergent residues. After washing, apply disinfection – for example by spraying or rinsing with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow all parts to dry completely in a clean and dust-free place and only then refill the packaging.
Store the bottle in a dry, clean and stable environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Always tighten the closure properly to ensure reliable sealing and minimise the risk of contamination of the contents. For formulations that are sensitive to light, heat or oxidation, we recommend following the recommendations of the raw material manufacturers and, if necessary, choosing a suitable secondary packaging (for example a box or a tinted container for storage).
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it correctly for recycling. Place the glass bottle itself, after emptying and basic rinsing, into the container intended for sorted glass collection according to local rules. The dropper, made from a combination of several materials (plastic, rubber, possibly metal parts), is best separated from the glass and discarded in mixed waste, unless your local recycling guidelines state otherwise. When sorting, follow the material markings given in the product parameters and the recommendations of your collection system.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after you click on the selected packaging category. Using the filter, it is possible to quickly and clearly sort packaging according to several criteria – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to this, you can display only those bottles, medicine vials, jars or other packaging materials that meet the requirements of your specific formulation and your idea of the finished product design.
Yes, the smaller glass volume in combination with the dropper closure is very practical for test samples, pilot batches and development formulations. It allows easier work when fine-tuning the recipe, testing stability and customer response, without the need to fill large quantities of product. At the same time, it looks professional, so you can also use it as final packaging for limited editions or gift sets.
