For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, followed by complete drying of all parts of the packaging before refilling.

For which type of products is this packaging most suitable in terms of consistency?

The bottle with spray pump is optimal especially for low-viscosity and medium-fluid formulations that can be dosed in the form of a fine spray. These are mainly facial and body waters, toners, hydrolats, hair tonics, light serums or air fresheners. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with higher viscosity may reduce the quality of atomization, therefore for these product types it is advisable to test in advance how the spray pump behaves with the specific formulation.

How can I correctly clean the bottle and spray pump before first and repeated use?

Before the first and each repeated use, we recommend mechanically washing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing it thoroughly with drinking water and then disinfecting it with alcohol, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is advisable to flush the spray pump with a small amount of disinfecting alcohol and press the mechanism several times to clean the internal capillary. Before filling, all parts must be allowed to dry completely and be handled in the cleanest environment possible.

How should I correctly dispose of or recycle this packaging if I do not want to continue using it?
