Glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser for oils represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various cosmetic and oil-based formulations, where precise application and protection of the contents are important. High-quality glass combined with functional dispensing ensures reliable and hygienic use in everyday care of the face, body or hair. The matte surface of the bottle supports the protection of more sensitive components by limiting the penetration of light and at the same time looks visually clean and elegant within the entire product range.
This glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly on the product page. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, smoothness of dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation.

The glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser is generally suitable for most common oil-based cosmetic products, such as facial, body or hair oils and serums. Before final stocking, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and a short-term stability test in order to verify the compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging, the dispensing and the sealing of the closure.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the corresponding closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example technical alcohol based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before filling, ensure that the bottle is clean and disinfected and at the same time completely dry. Fill in the cleanest environment possible and use clean tools and funnels intended for cosmetic or laboratory use. Fill oil-based products slowly in order to minimise air entrapment and foaming. After filling, close the bottle immediately with the chosen dispenser or closure, check the sealing and verify that the dispensing system works smoothly and without leakage.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle and dispenser, we recommend recycling them according to the material types given in the product parameters. The glass part is generally suitable for delivery to separated glass collection after prior emptying and basic rinsing of any product residues. Plastic or metal parts of the closure or dispenser must be sorted according to the specific material, which you can find specified in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. In case of uncertainty, it is always appropriate to follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city.
