Glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with white-silver spray pump represents an elegant and practical packaging for cosmetic and aromatherapeutic products where gentle, controlled mist dosing is important. The durable glass ensures the stability of the filled preparation, and the matte surface supports a professional appearance as well as a pleasant grip during everyday use. Thanks to the high-quality spray pump, this bottle is suitable for liquid preparations with low viscosity that need to be applied hygienically and evenly to the skin, hair, or into the air.
In this product, the glass bottle is already fitted with a white-silver spray pump designed to create an even, fine mist and to enable practical dosing of liquid preparations. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the stability and comfort of use of your specific product. When filling, make sure the consistency of the preparation is suitable for spraying and does not clog the nozzle; in the case of thicker or more content-rich emulsions, another type of dispensing may be more suitable.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with proper care and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection in home cosmetics, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely so that moisture or impurities are not retained in the packaging.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid products with low viscosity that are applied in a thin layer or as a fine mist. In practice, these are mainly facial and body sprays, hydrolats, toners, facial refreshers, hair tonics, detangling sprays, room and textile sprays, and possibly disinfectant solutions. For products containing oils or with higher viscosity, it is necessary to test whether the spray pump ensures even and reliable dosing without clogging the nozzle.
Before filling, we recommend working in a clean environment and using disinfected tools and packaging. First rinse the glass pharmaceutical bottle and spray pump, then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol and let them dry. When pouring the liquid, use a funnel or dosing aid to minimize contamination of the neck rim. Store the finished product away from direct sunlight and heat sources, at a stable temperature recommended for the given type of cosmetic or aromatherapeutic preparation. It is always advisable to perform a stability test to verify how the chosen formulation behaves in the specific packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. The glass body of the bottle usually belongs in the container designated for glass according to local waste-sorting rules. The spray pump and any plastic parts should be separated and sorted according to the material type indicated for the product in the parameter table on the Handymade.sk website. If you are unsure about correct sorting, follow the recommendations of your local waste collection system. By recycling the glass packaging, you reduce the amount of waste and support efficient use of resources.
