Frosted glass bottle pharmaceutical vial with silver frosted dropper 30 ml represents a professional packaging material for accurate dosing of liquid preparations. The frosted glass together with the dropper enables comfortable and controlled application of products that require hygienic and economical, drop-by-drop dosing.
Thanks to the durable glass and the high-quality closure with dropper, this little bottle is suitable for packaging cosmetic serums, oils, special concentrates as well as formulations based on plant extracts. The frosted surface of the glass contributes to better light diffusion and helps protect more sensitive contents from accelerated degradation during normal storage.
This bottle is supplied as a complete combination of glass pharmaceutical vial and dropper, so it is ready for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be safely reused provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dropper, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection we recommend using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which help minimize microbial contamination before filling. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then proceed to filling the new product.
The bottle is ideal for liquid preparations that require precise drop dosing. In practice it is most often used for facial and eye serums, active concentrates, oil blends, aromatherapeutic compositions and other targeted products with a higher concentration of active substances. Thanks to the dropper, the contents are applied in a controlled way, which is advantageous for both professional and homemade formulas where accurate consumption and even application are important.
We recommend storing the filled vial in a dry and shaded place, at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although the frosted glass helps to limit light exposure, to maintain the optimal stability of sensitive components it is advisable to keep the packaging in a closed cabinet or drawer. Always close the bottle carefully to minimize evaporation of volatile substances and reduce the risk of contamination of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, after being emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the closure with dropper should be separated and sorted according to the type of material (for example plastic, rubber, metal components) in accordance with local waste separation rules. Before recycling, we recommend removing product residues to facilitate processing in the recycling process.
