The glass bottle is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling cosmetic products, serums, oils or concentrated solutions where purity, stability and a representative appearance are important. The transparent glass allows immediate visual inspection of the contents, and the elegant design closure in a glossy black-and-gold finish highlights the premium character of the product.
Thanks to the chemical resistance of glass, this bottle is suitable for liquid and drop formulations that require reliable packaging with minimal interaction between the contents and the material. The transparent body is ideal for products where you want the customer to see the colour, clarity and fill level.
The standalone glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, allowed to dry and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the bottle ready for refilling.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with potable water and allowing it to dry completely. Then disinfect the inner surface and the neck with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready to be filled with your product.
You can find compatible caps, droppers and sprays directly in the related products or in the relevant closure categories. When choosing, follow the neck type and the recommendations in the product parameters. All combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional, nevertheless we recommend performing your own sealing and dosing test with your specific formulation before launching the product on the market.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendation stated in the product parameter table. The glass body is usually sorted into the glass container, the closure must be separated and placed into the appropriate container according to its material (for example for plastics or metal, if this is indicated in the parameters). Before handing it over for separate collection, remove any product residues and at least roughly rinse the packaging to facilitate its processing in the recycling process.
To select the ideal packaging you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This way you gain quicker orientation in the assortment and more easily find a bottle, jar or pot that best matches your product and technological requirements.
The glass material is stable in relation to most cosmetic oils and aromatic blends, therefore the bottle is also suitable for products with a higher concentration of perfume or essential oils. However, when working with very intense or non-standard ingredients, we recommend first testing a sample of the formulation in a small quantity to verify long-term stability, compatibility with the closure and the behaviour of the packaging under real storage conditions.
