Glass bottle with matte black surface and dropper is a professional packaging intended mainly for precise dosing of cosmetic preparations, serums, oils and concentrated blends. Thanks to the opaque dark glass and the precise dropper, it is suitable for filling more sensitive liquid formulations, helping to protect their stability during normal storage and use.
Dark glass naturally limits the penetration of light to the contents and, in combination with a high-quality closure with dropper, ensures controlled dosing without unnecessary contact with air or contamination of the contents. Such a medicine bottle / dropper bottle is an ideal choice for products where dose accuracy, professional presentation and comfort for the end user are important.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle with dropper is suitable for most common oil-based and slightly viscous serums. The dropper enables drop-by-drop dosing, which is ideal for concentrated active ingredients and oil elixirs. For very thick or gel formulations, we recommend testing the dosing comfort in advance and, if necessary, considering another type of closure or applicator.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. When switching between very different products (e.g. strongly perfumed oils and a neutral serum) we recommend testing whether any residual odour or discolouration remains.
First, thoroughly rinse out the residues of the original product with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. Then let the bottle dry and carry out disinfection using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After treatment with alcohol, let the packaging dry completely to remove all residues of moisture and alcohol, and only then refill the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass container can usually be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing, into the container designated for glass. The closure with dropper (plastic, rubber or combination of materials) must be sorted separately according to local waste-sorting rules. Always follow the current instructions of your collection system so that recycling is as effective as possible.
