Plastic bottle with matte cap represents a practical and reliable packaging for liquid products, suitable for both home and professional use. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and high-quality material, it ensures convenient filling, handling and hygienic dispensing of various cosmetic and other preparations. It is ideal wherever you need a lightweight, durable and aesthetically pleasing bottle for everyday use.
This bottle is a standalone packaging component that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the parameters selected on the product page. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators designed for the same neck type. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the seal, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure maximum reliability in real use.

To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering option appears at the top of the page, where you can choose parameters such as neck, size, colour and material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the range to packaging that best matches your specific formulation and design requirements.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried and evaporated is the packaging ready to be refilled.
When caring for the plastic packaging, it is important to avoid contact with very hot water, direct sources of heat and prolonged exposure to high temperatures, which can lead to reduced strength or deformation of the material. We recommend gentle hand washing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent without aggressive solvents. The packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling, in order to preserve its dimensional stability and the reliability of the thread and seal.
Plastic bottles are generally suitable for most common cosmetic products based on water or oil. However, for formulations with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or other volatile substances, we recommend carrying out an individual compatibility test – fill a smaller test amount, leave it in the packaging for a certain time and observe the behaviour of the material (colour change, softening, leakage). In this way you can verify that the packaging is suitable for your specific formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the page. After emptying, rinse the bottle to remove any product residues and separate it from the cap and any other parts made of a different material. Then dispose of the body of the packaging in the appropriate container intended for that type of plastic, so that the material can be recycled and reused. In this way you minimise waste and support more sustainable handling of packaging materials.
