The plastic bottle with transparent trigger sprayer represents a practical solution for dispensing a fine mist for a wide range of liquid formulations. The transparent design enables easy visual control of the contents and fill level, allowing you to keep track of consumption and the need for refilling. The sprayer ensures even application, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, cleaning products and homemade blends for both hobby and professional use.
The packaging is designed to be comfortable both for use and for carrying, while the shape of the bottle fits well in the hand. It is particularly suitable for liquid products where controlled, fine application without unnecessary waste is important. The plastic material of the bottle is lightweight and resistant to normal mechanical stress, which reduces the risk of breakage during everyday use or transport.
The standalone plastic bottle with sprayer is constructed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the packaging materials category. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, other types of sprayers or practical applicators, provided the same neck and thread type is maintained.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

The bottle with sprayer can be used repeatedly with proper handling; however, strict hygiene principles are recommended. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or deterioration of the new fill. For disinfection we recommend suitable alcohol-based products, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range in the form of the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based.
To maintain the smooth functioning of the sprayer, it is important to use in the bottle only products that have the recommended viscosity and do not contain coarse solid particles that could clog the nozzle or suction tube. After the contents have been emptied, we recommend flushing the system with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution to remove any formulation residues. The packaging and the sprayer are not intended for boiling or cleaning at high temperatures, so do not expose them to hot water or dishwashing in a dishwasher, in order to avoid damage to the plastic parts or deformation.
The plastic bottle with sprayer is not intended for filling with hot formulations or for long-term exposure to high temperatures, for example during boiling, sterilisation in boiling water or washing in a dishwasher. Exposure to excessive heat may lead to deformation of the bottle walls, deterioration of the tightness of the joints or limitation of the sprayer function. It is recommended to work at normal room temperatures and to store the packaging away from direct heat sources and long-term intense sunlight.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the packaging label. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any product residues according to the nature of the product used. If the design allows, it is advisable to separate the bottle and the sprayer before recycling and place them in the container intended for the relevant type of plastic in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The bottle with sprayer is intended for various types of liquid formulations; however, for products with a higher content of alcohol or essential oils we always recommend performing your own compatibility test. Check in particular the reaction of the packaging material with the given mixture, the stability of colour and odour, as well as the long-term functionality of the sprayer. Short-term tests (filling test, spraying test, storage under normal conditions) will help you verify whether the specific formulation does not affect the plastic, the seals or the spraying mechanism itself.
