The plastic bottle with a transparent trigger sprayer is a practical container designed for convenient dispensing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you have an immediate visual overview of the fill level and colour of the contents, which is advantageous for both home and professional formulations. The bottle is designed for cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary solutions where easy application, precise atomisation and comfort in use are important.
The container is suitable for liquid products that require even spraying onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The trigger sprayer enables repeated and smooth dosing without unnecessary waste of raw materials. Thanks to the plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical damage and suitable for frequent transport or use in a workshop, studio or household.
This bottle is a standalone container with a trigger sprayer, which is listed in the Handymade range so that it is compatible with suitable neck types and accessories within the given packaging category. In general, similar plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters.
The combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the uniformity of dosing, the behaviour of the container during long-term storage and the interaction with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or active ingredients).
All technical parameters of the container are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The container can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling; however, we recommend using it long-term for the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the trigger sprayer and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). By following hygiene principles, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the usability of the contents.
Before cleaning, completely empty the bottle and rinse it thoroughly with water to remove residues of the original product. We then recommend using a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with plastic, rinsing well and allowing it to dry. It is advisable to flush the trigger sprayer with clean water by filling the bottle with water and pressing the sprayer several times. After mechanical cleaning, apply disinfection – for example by rinsing the inner space with alcohol and spraying it through the mechanism.
Plastic containers of this type are intended for use at normal room temperatures and should not be exposed to high temperatures. In the case of PET material, which is used for many transparent bottles, overheating carries the risk of deformation of the container and impairment of the sprayer’s functionality. Therefore, do not expose the bottle to open flame, prolonged action of hot water or hot air, and do not wash it in a dishwasher or boil it. By following this procedure, you protect both the shape of the container and the reliable sealing of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the material indicated in the product parameters. First empty the bottle, rinse out any remaining contents and place it, according to local waste-sorting rules, into the appropriate container (for example a plastic packaging into the plastics container). In the case of combined materials, it is advisable, where possible, to separate the plastic bottle from the sprayer or other closure. By following these principles, you contribute to more efficient recycling and a reduction in the amount of municipal waste.

This allows you to easily narrow down the range to containers that are suitable for your specific formulation and visual concept.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine spray – for example facial and body sprays, hair tonics, air fresheners, textile sprays or cleaning solutions for smooth surfaces. Before the final filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of the mechanism with a small amount of product to verify the spraying intensity, droplet size and uniformity of application with your specific recipe.
