The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and hygienic packaging for various liquid products where gentle and even dosing is important. It is designed to facilitate application to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, while protecting the contents from contamination from the external environment. Thanks to the spray mechanism, it is suitable for packaging preparations that require comfortable dispersion in the form of a mist or spray, while ensuring controlled consumption of the product.
This type of packaging is ideal for cosmetic, hygienic and technical formulations where precise and clean application is needed without direct contact with the contents. The sprayer makes dosing easier even in everyday use and helps to increase end-user comfort, while the bottle itself is designed with practical use in both home and professional environments in mind.
This bottle with sprayer forms a complete functional packaging, where the container body and dosing component are harmonized for convenient and reliable use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. For all combinations, however, we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, cleanliness and consistency of dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure that your final product will be stable and comfortable for the user.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of fill, but it is recommended to strictly follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be emptied as thoroughly as possible, cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example with preparations available on Handymade: IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and of the stability of the new fill being affected by residues of the previous product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the packaging as soon as possible with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing several times with clean water and allowing it to dry thoroughly. It is advisable to press the sprayer several times with clean water to flush the inner capillary as well. Before new filling, the entire packaging must be disinfected with an alcoholic solution (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and allowed to ventilate completely. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that could damage the surface or the seals of the mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing any remaining contents. The method of recycling must be adapted to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website – based on this, place the bottle in the appropriate container for sorted waste (for example plastic). The spray mechanism may be composed of several types of materials, so it is often recommended to separate it from the bottle body. Always follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city.
The sprayer works best with low-viscosity liquids, such as facial waters, toners, aqueous and mildly alcoholic solutions, light emulsions of the milk or spray type, aqueous aromatic blends or disinfection solutions. Thick creams, gels or oils with very high viscosity can impair the functionality of the mechanism or block it completely. For a new formulation, we therefore always recommend making a trial filling into a smaller number of packs and checking that the spraying proceeds evenly and without clogging.

In the advanced filter you can sort the packs according to several parameters – in particular according to neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow the offer down only to those packs that match both the desired design and the technical requirements of your formulation.
