Plastic bottle with glossy dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for liquid preparations that require convenient and controlled dispensing. It is designed to ensure comfort, clean application and a professional appearance of the finished product during everyday use.
Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and functional dispensing mechanism, this bottle is suitable for filling various liquid formulations, such as creams, gels or emulsions. The closure and dispensing system are designed to minimize the contact of the contents with air and contaminants, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the product under proper storage conditions.
The elegant colour design combining a white container and a black-and-gold glossy dispenser gives the product a premium look, which makes the packaging suitable also for smaller brands, artisan cosmetics or gift sets, where the aesthetics of the final product are also important.
This product is a combination of bottle and dispenser, ready for immediate use without the need for additional accessories. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the final product will be reliable and safe in use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly in order to avoid dilution or affecting your formulation.
It is advisable to first disassemble the dispenser into the accessible parts, depending on the design of the specific mechanism. Rinse the individual components in lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly so that no cleaner residues remain. You can then briefly rinse them with disinfectant alcohol and leave them to dry completely at room temperature. When cleaning, avoid using hot water and aggressive chemicals that could damage the seals or the functionality of the pump.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or filling nozzle to minimize the contact of the product with the thread and the rim of the neck. Do not fill the bottle right up to the top – leave a small air gap, which will make it easier to attach the dispenser and reduce the risk of the contents being forced out when closing. After filling, gently wipe off any contamination on the rim and thread with a clean, lint-free cloth or a disposable paper towel.
If you decide not to use the bottle and the dispenser any longer, we recommend first emptying them and removing any product residues. Then separate the packaging according to the materials used, as indicated in the product parameters, and follow the sorting recommendations applicable at your place of residence. Plastic parts are generally intended for the appropriate plastic container, while metal or combined components should be disposed of according to local waste separation rules. By sorting correctly, you contribute to efficient recycling and to reducing the amount of waste.
The easiest way to find suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the relevant category. After clicking on the packaging category at the top of the page, an option to filter according to several parameters will appear – you can select a specific neck, the desired size, colour and material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, jars or vials that best match the character of your formulation and the visual style of your brand.
Before introducing the packaging into regular production, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and short-term as well as longer-term monitoring. Pay particular attention to the behaviour of the material in contact with your formulation – any changes in colour, odour, softening or, conversely, brittleness. Also test the sealing of the dispenser during transport in a horizontal position so that it is clear whether any leakage occurs. For more viscous products, it is advisable to check whether the pump dispenses smoothly and without clogging even after standing for a longer period.
