The plastic bottle with lever sprayer represents a practical solution for packaging various liquid preparations where convenient and even spraying onto a surface or the skin is required. Thanks to the integrated mechanical sprayer, it enables comfortable application of products in the form of a fine mist or a direct spray, depending on the type of formulation.
This type of packaging with a spray mechanism is suitable for cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary household preparations where easy handling, repeatable dosage and reduction of skin contact with the concentrated mixture are important. The opaque design of the packaging helps protect more sensitive components from light and contributes to longer stability of the final product.
This product represents a combination of bottle and sprayer, which is designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, this type of bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). By following this procedure, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the shelf life of your preparations.
After the container has been emptied, it is advisable to rinse the spray mechanism with clean water and then, as needed, briefly spray through with a solution of water with a small proportion of alcohol. It is important to remove residues of the original product from the dip tube as well as from the nozzle so that clogging or uneven spraying does not occur. Do not use high temperatures or aggressive solvents during cleaning, as these could damage the plastic material or the seals.
The lever sprayer is ideal for aqueous to slightly viscous solutions that need to be applied in the form of a fine spray or a direct spray. In practice, this includes, for example, body refresher sprays, hair sprays, cleaning solutions for surfaces, preparations for textiles or working solutions for home production. For thicker emulsions and gels, we recommend testing before filling whether the given formulation passes through the mechanism without clogging and without changing the spray pattern.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any residues of the original product. Then separate the packaging into its individual parts (bottle body, sprayer, any inserts or safety elements) and sort them into separated waste according to the information about the material given in the product parameters. The bottle is usually sorted into plastic waste, and it is advisable to remove as much residual content as possible so that recycling is effective and environmentally friendly.
