The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and visually attractive solution for packaging various liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for gentle, even application of products to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces. The packaging is designed to be lightweight, durable and comfortable for everyday use in both home and professional production.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for packaging preparations where precise dosing in the form of a mist or spray is important. It enables hygienic, economical and controlled use of the product without unnecessary waste. In combination with a suitable closure, this packaging is stable during storage and transport and helps maintain the quality of the contents throughout the entire shelf life.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging and dispensing element, therefore it is ready for immediate filling and use with a suitably chosen type of formulation. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To select a suitable bottle, pill bottle or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter directly in the packaging category. After clicking on a specific category, you will find the filter at the top of the page, where you can clearly sort the products according to neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find a packaging that corresponds to the planned dosing, design and technical requirements of your product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the inner surface of the bottle and the spray pump have completely dried is it appropriate to refill the packaging.
The spray pump is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. These are mainly facial and body waters, hydrolats, air fresheners, aromatic blends, cleaning sprays or disinfecting solutions. For thicker emulsions or gels we recommend choosing another type of dosing, for example a pump or dispensing head that is adapted to such a consistency.
Before the first filling, we recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle and the spray pump (for example with drinking water or a suitable cleaning solution) and then disinfecting them with alcohol. Products with a high alcohol content are suitable, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let all parts drain off completely and dry, so that no excess moisture or residues of the cleaning agent get into the product.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the contents and rinse the packaging as well as possible to remove product residues. Then, if possible, separate the packaging into individual parts (plastic bottle, plastic spray pump, any metal components) and place them into the appropriate container in accordance with local waste sorting rules. In this way you support a more environmentally friendly approach and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
Plastic packaging of this type is intended primarily for filling at room temperature or slightly elevated temperature. With very hot or freshly cooked mixtures, there may be undesirable stress on the material and changes in the properties of the packaging as well as of the product itself. We therefore recommend allowing the formulations to cool down first to the recommended temperature and only then filling them into the bottle. This reduces the risk of damage to the packaging and at the same time supports the stability and quality of the final product.
