The plastic bottle with a matte white cap is a universal and functional packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid and gel-based preparations. Its practical shape, low weight and durable material make it a reliable bottle for home and professional use in cosmetics or drugstore products. Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and well-sealing closure, the contents are protected against unwanted leakage as well as normal external influences.
This packaging is ideal for filling products where convenient dosing, clean handling and an aesthetic appearance of the final product are important. It is suitable for the bathroom, handbag, travel toiletry bag and for the production workshop of smaller brands and artisan producers.
These plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods depending on the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of long-term reliability under real use conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to take its temperature resistance into account. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore when in contact with hot liquids or when heated there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For the same reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning and possible repeated use, gentler procedures should be chosen, with an emphasis on disinfection at room temperature.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled properly and if there is no visible damage. It is always necessary to follow basic hygiene rules – before each new filling, clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, allow the inside of the packaging to dry completely before filling it again. It also applies that with PET packaging you should avoid high temperatures, dishwashing and boiling, to prevent deformation of the material.
Clean the PET bottle at room or slightly elevated temperature using a mild cleaning agent followed by thorough rinsing with water. Avoid dishwashing and exposure to very hot water, because at high temperatures the packaging may deform. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting the inside of the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (e.g. IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %) and allowing it to dry completely, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination during the next filling.
The plastic bottle is primarily intended for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as facial lotions, toners, light emulsions or liquid cleansers. The use for thicker gels depends on the chosen type of closure or dosing component – for gels and more viscous formulations we recommend choosing a suitable applicator, pump or closure with a larger dispensing orifice. Before filling a larger batch, it is advisable to carry out a trial filling to verify smooth dosing and user comfort for the end customer.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is advisable to include it in the sorted waste collection system according to the material specified in the product parameters. For a PET bottle, empty it completely before placing it in the sorted waste, optionally rinse out any remaining contents and remove any dirt that could complicate the recycling process. Then place the plastic packaging in the container designated for the respective type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. By correct recycling, you support the re-use of the raw material and reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfills or incinerators.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter you can quickly narrow the selection according to parameters that are key for your product – for example by neck type, packaging size, colour or material. By combining several filters, you will arrive at the packaging options that best match the intended use and the design of your brand, without having to go through the entire offer manually.
