The plastic bottle with a glossy black surface and white sprayer represents an elegant and practical solution for packaging cosmetic and cleaning products in liquid form. Thanks to the high‑quality material and functional sprayer, it is suitable for gentle, even application of products to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces. The opaque dark design helps protect more sensitive contents from light, which contributes to formulation stability and longer shelf life of the compositions.
This packaging is designed to withstand regular use in the bathroom, in salons and while travelling, while the combination of plastic bottle and sprayer allows convenient dosing without the fingers coming into contact with the contents. It is particularly suitable for liquid products that require dispersion into a fine mist or even spraying over a larger area.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and sprayer, which has been created on Handymade so that it is fully usable in terms of functionality and sealing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, spray quality and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil components, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When selecting the right bottle, jar or dispenser, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the chosen category (for example bottles, jars or sprayers), you will find the filter at the top of the page. You can clearly filter products by neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find the packaging that best matches your product and the required dosing.
The bottle can be reused if handled appropriately, always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the packaging and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol‑based disinfectants such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Allow the disinfectant to act and then let the bottle and sprayer dry completely so that your formulation is not diluted.
Before re‑use, first rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water (within the range recommended for the given material), then rinse it several times with clean water. We recommend spraying clean water through the sprayer and then a small amount of disinfectant alcohol, so that the internal channel part is cleaned. After mechanical cleaning, disinfect the packaging using alcohol‑based products available in our range and allow it to dry thoroughly at room temperature. This will minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the next batch of product.
Plastic bottles with sprayers are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Depending on the plastic material used, deformation of the packaging, weakening of the walls or damage to the thread and sprayer mechanism may occur. For this reason, we do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher or boiling it. For cleaning and disinfection, use lukewarm water with a suitable detergent and alcohol‑based disinfectant products instead, which are gentle on plastic and at the same time effective from a hygiene point of view.
The spray bottle is most suitable for low‑viscosity liquid products that need to be applied in the form of a fine spray or mist. These are mainly facial and body waters, hydrolats, hair tonics, styling sprays, air fresheners, textile sprays and mild cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends with higher viscosity, it is advisable to consider another dosing type, for example a pump or dropper, so that application is comfortable and even.
If you decide not to use the bottle with sprayer any longer, we recommend emptying it completely and prioritising recycling. Choose the procedure according to the type of material, which you will find in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Clean the plastic bottle and the upper part of the sprayer from product residues and then dispose of them in the container designated for that material, in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules. In this way, you minimise the burden on the environment and enable further processing of the material.
