The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging solution for convenient application of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. It is ideal for filling cosmetic and cleaning products where uniform dosing onto the surface of the skin, hair or within the household is important.
This packaging is suitable for products with low to medium viscosity that require dispersion in the form of a spray. Thanks to the functional spray mechanism, it enables hygienic dosing without direct contact with the contents, which helps maintain the quality and stability of the mixture. The brown plastic design helps to limit light access to more sensitive formulations, which is especially important for preparations containing plant extracts or fragrance components.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. It is important to remove residues of the original product and allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimise the risk of microbial growth and any impact on the new formulation.
The plastic packaging is intended for use at normal room temperatures. Do not expose it to prolonged direct sunlight, radiant heat or extreme temperatures, so that the material is not weakened and the properties of the contents are not altered. During transport, avoid excessive squeezing and dropping, even though the plastic bottle is more resistant to breakage than glass. Protect the sprayer from contamination – we recommend using a protective cap if it is included as part of the packaging.
Before first filling, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with clean water, then using a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly again. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the spray mechanism with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts to ventilate well and dry completely. When changing the type of product (for example from a cleaning spray to a cosmetic spray), the cleaning must be carried out more thoroughly and you should always consider whether reuse is suitable for the given purpose.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly. First remove any product residues by rinsing in a suitable way and separate the individual parts, such as the bottle body and the spray mechanism. The specific type of plastic and the recommended way of sorting can be found in the parameter table on the product page – based on this, place the packaging in the appropriate container for separated waste. If the local waste collection system requires specific sorting of small plastic components, follow its rules to make recycling as effective as possible.
