The plastic bottle with a matte white cap represents a practical packaging material for the manufacturing and sale of cosmetics and other liquid preparations. Thanks to a suitably chosen shape and a reliable closure, the bottle is stable during storage, convenient to handle and ideal for dispensing various liquids as well as slightly viscous products. The brown version of the packaging helps to reduce light penetration, which is advantageous for products that are more sensitive to light.
The packaging is intended for professional and hobby use, where the combination of functionality, aesthetics and easy integration into your own branding is important. Thanks to the harmonized design of the bottle and the cap, the final product appears neat and supports a premium perception of the contents.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behavior of the container in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the container can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and negative impact on the stability of the final product.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with suitable cleaning water or solution, allowing it to drain thoroughly and dry, and then disinfecting the inner surface and the contact areas of the cap with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol according to your internal procedures). After disinfection, let the container dry at room temperature and only then fill it with the final product, in order to maintain the highest possible stability and safety of the formulation.
Plastic containers are generally intended for filling and storage under normal room conditions, and at elevated temperatures the properties of the material may change. For this reason, it is not recommended to expose the bottle to long-term action of high temperatures, nor to fill it with products whose temperature exceeds the recommended limits stated in the technical documentation. Higher temperature may lead to softening or deformation of the container and negatively affect the sealing of the closure.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend placing it into sorted waste collection according to the material designation given in the product parameter table. Before placing it in the appropriate container, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the bottle and, where possible, separate the plastic cap from the bottle body. By following local waste-sorting rules, you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
To simplify selection, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to neck type, required size, colour variant and material. In this way, you can easily find bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that best meet the technical and design requirements of your product.
