The plastic bottle with lever sprayer is a practical packaging intended for gentle and even dispersion of liquid preparations in the form of a spray. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and functional spraying, it is suitable for filling cosmetic solutions, homemade formulations and professional preparations where precise, hygienic and economical dosing without contact with the contents is important.
The packaging enables comfortable application to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces and is designed to provide stability, secure closing and reliable protection of the contents during normal use as well as during transport.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional lever sprayer, which allows comfortable, fine and targeted spraying of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the long-term stability and reliability of the packaging.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spraying mechanism and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the scent, colour or stability of your formulation.
Before refilling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and suction tube mechanically with a suitable cleaning medium (for example warm water with a mild detergent), then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing them to dry completely. Afterwards apply an alcohol-based disinfectant (for example products from the category of technical alcohols), rinse the inner space of the packaging and allow the alcohol to evaporate. For the sprayer it is advisable to spray a small volume of alcohol through the mechanism so that the inner part of the channel and nozzle is also disinfected.

In this way you can quickly narrow the selection down to only the packaging that best matches your product type and the required dosing method.
The lever sprayer is particularly suitable for low-viscosity liquids that can be sprayed as a fine mist – for example aqueous solutions, hydrolates, toners, light face and body sprays, hair lotions, textile or home sprays. With thicker emulsions or preparations containing solid particles (exfoliating particles, powders), nozzle clogging or uneven dosing may occur, so it is advisable to test these formulations before use or choose another type of dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend as a first step to empty it completely and, if possible, rinse out the remains of the original contents. Then sort the packaging according to the material designation stated in the product parameters and on the packaging itself (recycling symbol and material abbreviation). The bottle body and sprayer mechanism may be made of different plastics, so it is advisable to separate them, if the construction allows, and place them in the appropriate collection container according to local waste-sorting rules. In this way you support more efficient recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
