The plastic bottle with white spray pump and shiny gold collar is a practical and aesthetic packaging for a wide range of liquid products. Thanks to its fine mist, it is suitable for cosmetic preparations, homemade hygiene blends and professional formulations. The transparent design allows visual control of the contents and easy orientation during filling and use.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable application in the form of even spraying, which increases comfort during use and helps optimize product consumption. The bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for everyday use at home, in beauty salons and in small-scale artisan production.
If the bottle is made of PET material, it must be taken into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, which may lead to deformation of the packaging. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
This spray bottle represents a complete combination of packaging and dispensing element, ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when using a high proportion of alcohol, oils or more aggressive substances.

When planning the final product, we recommend checking the technical data in the parameter table (material, neck type, permissible volume and other specifications) so that the packaging is correctly selected for the specific formulation and method of use.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Then allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. If the bottle is made of PET, boiling or washing in a dishwasher is not recommended in order to avoid deformation of the material.
The spray bottle is ideal for liquid products with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine mist. These include facial and body toners, hydrolats, hair tonics, air and fabric fresheners and hygiene sprays for hands. With very thick emulsions, gel formulations or products with a high content of solid particles, the spray pump may become clogged or its function restricted, so it is always advisable to carry out a trial filling.
After each use, it is advisable to check whether any product residues remain on the nozzle or under the closure, as these may dry over time and reduce the quality of spraying. When changing the type of filling, we recommend flushing the spray pump with clean water or a suitable diluent compatible with the formulation used and then allowing it to dry. Plastic spray pumps should not be exposed to high temperatures to avoid changes in the shape or properties of the flexible parts of the mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. First, use up or safely remove any remaining contents, depending on the nature of the product used. Then rinse the bottle with a small amount of water and, after separating the individual parts (for example the bottle and the spray pump), sort them into the appropriate collection containers according to local waste sorting rules. Recycling recommendations follow the symbols and material data in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website.
Plastic bottles, especially if made of PET, are not intended to be filled with hot or freshly cooked mixtures. High temperature can lead to softening or deformation of the packaging and may also negatively affect the sealing of the spray pump. It is recommended to fill only completely cooled preparations at room temperature. This preserves the shape of the packaging, the functionality of the mechanism and reduces the risk of undesirable changes in both the product and the material itself.
