The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a universal container suitable for packaging a wide variety of liquid preparations where a fine and even application by spray is required. The transparent design allows good visual control of the contents, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, cleaning and auxiliary products, as well as hobby creators. The bottle made of durable plastic with a practical mechanical sprayer is designed to provide comfortable dosing, easy handling and reliable closure of the contents.
Thanks to the combination of a stable plastic body and a functional spray head, this container is ideal for products that require dispersion in the form of mist or fine spray, while allowing repeated use provided that proper hygiene procedures are followed. The plastic material is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and practical for transport and storage both in professional operations and home conditions.
This bottle is supplied together with a functional trigger sprayer that ensures convenient and repeatable dosing in the form of a fine spray. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, dosing, long-term stability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oil components, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If the packaging is made from PET-type plastic material, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of this material: PET should not be exposed to high temperatures; in case of excessive thermal load there is a risk of deformation of the container. Such packaging is therefore not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. We always recommend gentle manual cleaning at appropriate temperatures, without long-term exposure to strong heat sources.
When filling the bottle with trigger sprayer, it is important to verify the compatibility of the specific formulation with the plastic material as well as with the sealing parts of the sprayer. Before final use, we recommend carrying out a trial filling in a smaller quantity and observing the behaviour of the packaging (sealing, discolouration of the plastic, any sticking or jamming of the mechanism). For preparations with a higher alcohol content or active ingredients, it is advisable to test prolonged exposure for at least several days so that you can be sure that dosing remains functional and stable.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out and dry thoroughly to avoid unwanted interaction between residues of the disinfectant and the new filling.
If you do not wish to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Most often this means collection of plastics in the appropriate container, and it is advisable to separate the bottle from the sprayer if they are made from different plastics. You should follow local waste-sorting rules and the recommendations given for the specific product on Handymade.sk so that recycling is as effective as possible and in accordance with applicable legislation.
For PET packaging it is essential not to expose the bottle or sprayer to high temperatures. Long-term exposure to hot water, direct sunlight behind glass or other heat sources can lead to deformation of the container and deterioration of sealing. PET is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. We recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, followed by treatment with a disinfectant intended for surfaces that come into contact with cosmetic formulations or other sensitive solutions.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. Using the filter, you can very precisely choose a combination of parameters such as the type and neck diameter, the overall size and volume of the container, colour variant and material. This way you can easily compare several options at once and find the bottle, dropper bottle or jar that will best match your formulation, dosing method and requirements for design and labelling.
