The transparent plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and elegant packaging solution for cosmetic and hygiene products where a gentle and even mist application is important. Thanks to the high-quality design of the packaging and the functional mechanical spray pump, it is suitable for various liquid formulations that you need to conveniently dispense onto the skin, hair or surfaces. The transparent bottle allows visual control of the contents, while the spray pump ensures economical and hygienic use of the prepared mixture.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 denatured plant-based, which you can find in the Handymade range. For disinfection you can use the products available on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new refill.
Before refilling, we recommend rinsing the packaging mechanically with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for the given purpose, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then appropriate to spray through or rinse the inner surface of the bottle and the dip tube with spray pump using an alcohol-based disinfectant preparation based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and to let the remaining alcohol evaporate. For this purpose, you can use the products listed on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. Cleaning must be adjusted to the type of the previous and the new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and with the data given in the product parameters. In the parameter table next to the product you will find information about the type of material and the corresponding recycling symbol, according to which you can place the individual parts of the packaging into the correct container. Before handing it over to sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the plastic bottle from the spray mechanism in order to make sorting more efficient.
The spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied in a thin and even layer. In practice, this includes, for example, facial and body toners, floral waters, gentle hydrating sprays, hair tonics and refreshers, products to facilitate hair detangling, or disinfectant solutions intended for skin or surfaces. Thicker emulsions or oil blends may reduce dosing comfort, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in this type of packaging in advance.
