The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap is a universal packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic products, hygiene solutions and auxiliary blends for both home and professional production. The transparent design makes it easier to visually check the contents and their quantity, while the integrated dispenser enables precise, economical and hygienic application of the product without unnecessary contact with the remaining volume in the container.
The material design of the bottle is engineered to withstand commonly used cosmetic raw materials such as surfactants, hydrosols or oily phases in emulsions, while providing stable and reliable packaging for liquid formulations. Thanks to the combination of the bottle, dosing pump and protective cap, it is a practical solution for finished products as well as test samples.
This bottle is supplied together with a dispenser and cap as a functional unit, ready for immediate filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of filling, but always only if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, dispenser and cap and then disinfecting them with an appropriate alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection is important to minimise the microbiological risk in both home and professional production.
The bottle should first be rinsed with lukewarm water, optionally with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent, in order to remove residues of the original product. We then recommend thorough rinsing with clean water and allowing the packaging to dry well. Before refilling, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surfaces and parts in contact with the contents using an alcohol solution, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the dispenser, we recommend pumping the alcohol through the system several times to flush the internal channels.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for the given bottle. Follow the local rules for waste sorting and the instructions of your municipality or city. By separating the plastic bottle from any mixed components (for example composite parts of the dispenser), you contribute to more efficient recycling. Always check the recycling symbol in the packaging description and place it in the appropriate container accordingly.
Yes, the plastic packaging with dispenser and cap is also suitable as a practical travel bottle for cosmetics or hygiene solutions. Before transport, we recommend checking that the dispenser is tightly screwed on and the cap is properly fitted, in order to minimise the risk of unintended leakage of the contents. With thicker emulsions, dosing on the go can be particularly comfortable, as the pump allows precise measurement of a smaller amount of product.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories on Handymade.sk. After clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, jars or dropper bottles), you will find the advanced filter in the upper part of the page. Using it, you can clearly filter the packaging by several parameters – especially by neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly choose the packaging that best matches your formulation, required volume and the visual style of your product.
