The transparent plastic bottle with a matte white cap is a universal packaging solution suitable for filling various types of liquid and slightly viscous products. The transparent design allows visual inspection of the contents, which is practical for monitoring the colour, clarity and remaining amount of product. The packaging is designed to be suitable for small cosmetic batches, artisan products as well as professional filling.
Thanks to its stable shape and high-quality plastic material, this bottle is comfortable to use, easy to fill and suitable for products where reliable protection against external influences is important. The packaging is ideal for cosmetic formulations, technical solutions and laboratory solutions, where the combination of practicality, aesthetics and reliable closure is important.
The PET-type material is lightweight and resistant to normal handling, but it is still necessary to pay attention to proper handling: PET packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, there is a risk of deformation, and it is not intended to be cleaned in a dishwasher or boiled. As this is plastic packaging, it is advisable, after use, to ensure responsible recycling in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations.
This type of plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems available in the Handymade range. Depending on the selected parameters, the bottle can be combined, for example, with screw caps, dropper systems, atomizers or practical applicators for targeted product application.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the correct dispensing function and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially with higher alcohol content, essential oils or active ingredients).
When working with PET packaging, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures, hot filling media and thermal sterilisation processes, as under such stress the bottle may deform and the tightness of the closure may deteriorate.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if it is handled correctly and hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After cleaning and drying, we recommend performing a trial filling to check the tightness and suitability of the packaging for the given formulation.
We recommend cleaning the PET packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, using a soft brush or sponge to avoid scratching the surface. Then it is advisable to rinse the packaging several times with clean water and, after drying, disinfect it with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures – do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation or damage.
PET bottles are stable at normal room temperatures, but they are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or direct sources of heat. It is recommended to store them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to prevent softening or deformation of the plastic. Do not fill the packaging with hot mixtures and do not expose it to processes such as boiling or thermal sterilisation, as such conditions may negatively affect the dimensional stability and the tightness of the closure.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. PET packaging is usually placed in containers intended for plastic; it is advisable to empty the bottle, possibly rinse out any product residues and separate the cap if this is required by local rules. We also recommend following the information given in the parameters of the specific product on Handymade, where you will find the material designation and the recommended sorting method. In this way, you will support the reprocessing of plastic and the reduction of waste.
To navigate the packaging range more easily, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, vials, jars or dispensers). Using the filter, you can easily choose the required parameters – the specific neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these criteria, you will quickly select packaging that matches your product and the desired dispensing method, thus making both testing and subsequent production easier.
Yes, the smaller plastic packaging of this type is very practical for trial batches, laboratory samples or testing new recipes, especially for cosmetic and technical solutions. It makes it possible to prepare a smaller amount of product, monitor its behaviour during storage and use, and, if necessary, adjust the composition or the type of closure. For the first use, we always recommend checking the compatibility of the given formulation with the PET material and the selected closure type, in order to ensure long-term stability and comfort during dispensing.
