The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is a practical packaging intended for the even application of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations as well as homemade blends, where precise and comfortable distribution of the product on the skin, hair, or surface is important. The transparent design allows quick visual control of the contents and their consumption, which facilitates work in small-scale production as well as in professional cosmetic manufacturing.
The packaging is made of high‑quality plastic, which is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress, and, when used correctly, provides good protection of liquid preparations during storage and transport. The spray dispenser with a matte design element is both aesthetic and functional – it is suitable for products where not only packaging stability but also the representative appearance of the finished product is important.
This bottle with integrated spray dispenser forms a functional set of packaging and dispensing head, which, when used according to the recommendations, is suitable for everyday application of liquid preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging is suitable for your particular product.

Before actually using the packaging, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the given data so that you can correctly choose the method of filling, storage and labelling of your finished products.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately; however, it is always necessary to follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the lifetime of your finished products.
For cleaning, we recommend emptying the bottle, disassembling the mechanical part of the spray dispenser to the extent allowed by the design, and thoroughly rinsing all accessible parts with warm water and a small amount of a suitable cleaning agent. Afterwards, it is advisable to rinse the system with clean water and finally apply a disinfectant solution (e.g. alcohol‑based), which you allow to pass briefly through the spraying mechanism. After complete drying, the bottle can be refilled and used again.
The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is intended for filling with cooled, temperature‑stable preparations. The material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating poses a risk of deformation of the packaging and impairment of the spray dispenser’s functionality. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling – always carry out cleaning and disinfection gently, at lower temperatures, preferably using a suitable alcohol‑based disinfectant.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol on the packaging. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle, wipe off any remaining contents and separate the individual parts if they are made of different materials (for example the plastic container and the spraying mechanism). This will make processing in the recycling process easier and contribute to responsible handling of packaging material.
