The plastic bottle with a transparent body and a matte white cap represents a practical and visually clean packaging solution suitable for a wide range of liquid and mildly viscous preparations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and reliable closure, the bottle is ideal for filling cosmetic solutions, light emulsions, hygiene products or homemade blends where clarity of the contents and easy dosing are important. The transparent walls of the container allow visual control of the quantity and appearance of the product, which makes its use and presentation to the end customer easier.
This bottle is intended as a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators – depending on the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, you can use the bottle repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your product.
After emptying the packaging, we recommend first thoroughly rinsing the interior with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous product. Then rinse the bottle again with clean water and allow it to drain well. Before refilling, disinfect the inner surface and the thread using alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %, and allow it to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material designation indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the packaging and, if necessary, rinse out product residues, then dispose of it in the appropriate plastic container in accordance with local regulations. The cap and the body of the packaging may have different material designations, so it is advisable, if necessary, to separate them and sort them individually.
For plastic packaging in general, we do not recommend exposing the material to high temperatures, as this may lead to unwanted deformation or reduced mechanical stability. The packaging is not suitable for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher with hot cycles. If you need to fill the product while hot, we recommend working at lower temperatures according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and first performing a trial on a small test sample.
The simplest way is to use the extended filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category, the extended filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to search specifically according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly filter bottles, jars or pots that best meet the requirements of your particular product.
