Plastic bottle – pill bottle with glossy dispenser is a practical packaging material intended for precise and controlled dispensing of liquid cosmetic preparations and concentrated blends. Thanks to the reliable dispensing mechanism, it helps maintain the consistency of formulations, reduces the risk of contamination of the contents and ensures convenient application for both home and professional production.
The packaging is designed to protect sensitive formulations from external influences while allowing an aesthetic presentation of the product. Compact dimensions, a closable dispenser and practical shaping make this pill bottle an ideal solution for travel sizes, testers and finished products in smaller volumes.
This set forms a complete functional package – bottle with dispenser, ready for direct filling and use without the need to purchase additional closures. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dispenser on this bottle is primarily intended for liquid to medium‑viscosity cosmetic products such as serums, light emulsions, fluids or oil blends. For significantly thick creams, dispensing may be limited or uncomfortable, therefore for dense textures we recommend choosing jars or bottles with another type of closure. Before final filling, always test the dispensing on a small trial sample.
The packaging can be reused if correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny, which you can find in the Handymade assortment (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/, /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
The compact bottle with dispenser is designed to withstand normal handling and carrying in a cosmetic bag or travel kit. However, in the case of heavy mechanical stress or carrying in bags with sharp objects, we recommend placing the packaging in a separate case or pocket. Before travelling, it is advisable to check that the dispenser is fully tightened to minimize the risk of leakage of the contents in the event of impacts or pressure changes.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the material type specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. First check the material symbols in the parameter table, then separate the individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, any inserts), if possible, and dispose of them in the appropriate container according to local waste‑sorting rules. In this way you support the proper recycling of the packaging.

Thanks to this, you can easily find bottles, jars or pots that will meet both the technical requirements and the visual style of your product.
