The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and hygienic packaging for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the reliable dispersion mechanism, it is suitable for filling products where even application without direct contact with the skin or the contents of the container is important.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday use in both home and professional cosmetics. High-quality plastic material in combination with a functional spray pump helps protect formulations from external influences and reduces the risk of contamination during repeated use.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing, cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the spray pump. Alcohol-based preparations are suitable for disinfecting the internal surfaces and components, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After thorough drying, you can refill the bottle with your formulation.
For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is not suitable to expose the bottle to high temperatures, for example during boiling, sterilisation with boiling water or washing in a dishwasher. When exposed to heat, undesirable deformation of the packaging and weakening of its mechanical properties may occur. We recommend using only lukewarm water and suitable cleaning and disinfecting agents, without thermal shocks and long-term overheating of the material.
First remove any residues of the original product and rinse the bottle several times with water. Then you can rinse the inside and outside surfaces with warm water and a mild cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly again. For final disinfection, we recommend using alcohol solutions, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly, pour it off well and let the components dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before discarding the packaging, remove any remaining contents and, if necessary, briefly rinse it. The bottle body itself, the closure and the spray pump are sorted according to the material designation (recycling symbol and plastic abbreviation) into the appropriate plastics container. In this way, you support efficient processing of the used packaging material and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
