The transparent plastic bottle with a matte white cap is a universal packaging component suitable for cosmetic as well as technical formulations, where clean presentation of the contents and easy dosing are important. FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle suitable for repeated use?

The bottle can be reused provided that you observe basic hygiene principles and do not detect any visible damage to the packaging or the cap. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the inner surface of the packaging and the cap to dry completely so that your formulation is not adversely affected. With every reuse, we also recommend checking the function of the thread and the tightness of the closure.

How should I clean this plastic bottle and what are the temperature limitations?

When cleaning the packaging, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent that is compatible with your products. PET-type material and similar plastic materials should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive heating may cause deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the cap tightness. Do not use the bottle for boiling, do not sterilise it in boiling water and do not wash it in a dishwasher, where it may be subjected to higher temperatures and more aggressive wash cycles. After washing, we recommend allowing the packaging to dry naturally at room temperature, and only then proceeding to disinfection with alcohol.

How should I correctly recycle this plastic packaging if I do not wish to use it further?
