Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately and if the mechanical functionality of the spray pump is maintained. However, before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray mechanism and then disinfect them, ideally using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after thorough drying is the bottle ready for safe refilling.

First empty the bottle and rinse it with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with detergent, avoiding very hot water in order to prevent deformation of the plastic. We recommend spraying clean water through the spray pump several times to remove residues of the original product. Then treat the inner walls of the packaging and the inside of the spray pump with disinfectant alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble and fill them.

The plastic material from which the bottle is made is not intended for exposure to high temperatures. Contact with hot water, boiling or washing in a dishwasher may lead to deformation, loss of dimensional stability and impairment of the functionality of the spray pump. For cleaning we therefore recommend using only mildly warm water and suitable cleaning agents, while disinfection is best carried out with alcohol-based preparations at room temperature. This preserves both the service life and reliable dosing of the contents.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, to sort it correctly according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table of the product. In practice this means placing the individual parts of the packaging into the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local recycling rules. Where possible, it is advisable to separate the bottle itself and the spray pump in order to facilitate material processing in the recycling process. By following the recommended sorting, you contribute to more efficient use of raw materials and to reducing the amount of waste.
