The plastic jar with a clear body and black lid with induction liner represents a practical and safe packaging for solid, semi-solid and loose formulations. Thanks to its practical design, the jar is suitable for filling creams, ointments, pastes, powders or granules, where reliable protection against external influences and leakage of the contents is important. The induction liner in the lid provides an additional barrier closure that reduces the risk of contamination and helps maintain the stability of the product during storage and use.
This type of plastic jar is popular in the production of artisan as well as professional cosmetics, where a combination of aesthetic appearance, durability and easy dispensing is required. Thanks to its practical shape, the jar is easy to fill, label and store, while the stable construction helps protect sensitive formulations from air, moisture and mechanical damage.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially from the point of view of sealing, dispensing comfort and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or proportion of the oil phase).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the plastic jar with an induction liner is also suitable for thicker creams, butters and balms with a higher proportion of the oil phase. The solid construction and screw lid with an additional barrier help to minimize the leakage of oils and ensure that the contents remain safely sealed even during transport. We always recommend testing the stability of your specific formulation in a small amount before filling the entire batch.
The jar can be reused repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging from residues of the previous contents, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product. For disinfection, we recommend using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.
The induction liner serves as an additional protective barrier between the contents of the jar and the external environment. After proper sealing it creates a closed surface that reduces the risk of leakage, drying out or contamination of the product. It is used mainly for professional products for which a guarantee of intact original packaging is important. The use of the liner is not mandatory, but for products intended for sale or longer storage we strongly recommend it.
If you no longer wish to reuse the jar, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, placing it in sorted waste according to the material indicated in the product parameters. Plastic parts should be collected in the container intended for plastics, and it is ideal to separate the body of the jar and the lid if they are made of different materials. By following the recommendations for waste sorting, you support effective recycling and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the advanced filter it is possible to conveniently sort the range according to neck type, size, colour and material, thanks to which you can quickly choose a bottle, jar or pill bottle that will best match your formula and the intended way of use.
