The plastic jar with a clear body and black lid with induction liner represents a practical and professional‑looking container for cosmetic formulations as well as other products where protection of the contents and clean dispensing are important. Thanks to the high‑quality plastic material and the special induction liner in the lid, the packaging is suitable for filling thicker creams, butters, pastes, powders and loose blends that require reliable sealing and minimisation of the risk of contamination or spillage.
The packaging is designed to fit nicely into both professional and “handmade” product lines, with the combination of a clear jar and black lid allowing easy visual control of the contents while also providing an elegant, modern impression. The induction liner in the lid supports closure tightness and can contribute to better product stability during storage and transport.
This jar is supplied as a complete combination of container and lid with induction liner, designed so that together they form a functional and stable packaging unit. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that the result is fully tailored to your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the plastic jar with lid and induction liner is suitable especially for thicker creams, balms, body butters, scrubs and other products with higher viscosity or loose consistency. The stable material and high‑quality closure provide good protection against contamination and drying out of the contents, while the clear body allows control of the product quantity.
The induction liner is intended to create an additional barrier between the contents of the jar and the external environment. After filling the jar and closing it with the lid, we recommend following the technological procedure of your production – for example using an induction sealer, if you use such technology. Afterwards, always carry out your own leak‑tightness and stability test during storage and transport to verify that the specific combination of product and packaging meets your requirements.
The jar can be reused if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the container and lid must be thoroughly cleaned mechanically and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. Only after the surface has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling. When reusing, always assess the visual condition of the jar and replace it in case of damage or significant wear.
The method of recycling is determined by the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for this jar. After emptying and basic cleaning, separate the packaging according to the individual materials (jar body, lid, any liners) and place them in the appropriate sorted‑waste stream according to local rules – for example in the plastics container, if marked as such. If recycling is not possible for any reason, dispose of the packaging in municipal waste according to the instructions of your municipality. From an environmental point of view, however, it is always preferable to choose repeated use or correct recycling over disposal.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which appears at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the extended filter, you can conveniently narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, pack size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, jars, medicine bottles and other containers that best match your formulation and the visual concept of your brand.
