PRODEW 500 is a moisturizing factor with a unique composition of amino acids. Amino acids protect the skin from dryness, moisturize it, promote firmness and give it a healthy and fresh look. And when Prodew 500 is added to hair cosmetics, this active ingredient can increase the elasticity of the hair, making it resistant to damage, as well as restoring its structure and micro-damage.

It is known that when amino acids are applied to the surface of the hair they have various cosmetic effects: they moisturize, strengthen the hair structure, protect the color and repair surface damage. The amino acid composition of Prodew 500 is similar to the amino acid composition of complex cell membrane proteins - it consists of:

• 20% Sodium PCA (promotes hydration, has a conditioning effect and helps maintain colour intensity)
• 7% Arginine (promotes hydration, leaves hair soft and improves PCA binding)
• 7% blend of other amino acids (care for damaged hair)
• 12% sodium lactate (promotes hydration)
• 4% aspartic acid (pH adjustment)

PRODEW 500 provides a wide range of functions in different types of cosmetic formulations:

• Hair care: shampoos, conditioners, post-dye balms, hair masks, hairsprays, styling gels and others.

• Skin care: creams, body and facial lotions, tonics, cleansing gels, shower gels, etc.

• Sunscreens: pre- and after-sun care products - creams, lotions, gels.

• Decorative cosmetics: make-ups, lipsticks and other colour products.

Recommended dosage: 0,5-5 % for rinse-off products and 0,2-2 % for rinse-free products.

Recommended use: use in the aqueous phase, do not exceed temperatures above 50 C, do not add to alkaline solutions, due to the breakdown of Sodium PCA, we recommend a pH in the range of 3 - 9. The addition of PRODEW 500 will reduce the viscosity, therefore this must be taken into account in the formulation.
