The plastic bottle with a matte silver cap represents a practical and cleanly designed container suitable for a wide range of liquid and gel products. The transparent version allows visual control of the contents and easy monitoring of the remaining amount, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, household preparations, as well as smaller artisanal producers. Thanks to the material used, the small bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for both professional and hobby use.
The container is designed to provide reliable preservation of the product with a properly selected closure or dispenser. The smooth surface of the bottle makes it easier to apply labels and individual branding, so it is suitable for smaller brands, artisanal production and test series of products.
This plastic bottle is a standalone container that can be combined with several types of closures according to the selected parameters of the product. They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), which allows you to adapt the way of dosing to the character of your product.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oil phase, etc.).

The container can, with proper handling and if not damaged, be used repeatedly, but it is always important to observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the small bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the container dry thoroughly to avoid compromising the stability of your formulation.
Before further use, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a gentle detergent, then thoroughly rinsing with clean water and letting it drain. After mechanical cleaning, apply disinfection – ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from the Handymade range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment with alcohol, let the container dry naturally at room temperature. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material specified in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. After determining the type of plastic, empty the container, if necessary rinse out any product residues and place it in the appropriate collection bin according to local waste separation rules (e.g. plastic container). The closure and the bottle may be made of different materials, so it is advisable to separate them before disposal. By proper recycling you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
Plastic containers of this type are not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures, for filling with boiling contents or for sterilisation by boiling. When in contact with high temperature, there is a risk of deformation of the container and deterioration of the functionality of the closure. Washing in a dishwasher is also not recommended, where the combination of temperature and detergents can excessively stress the material. For cleaning and disinfection, choose rather gentle mechanical washing and the use of an alcohol-based disinfectant.
