Plastic soap bottle with lever sprayer represents a practical and universal packaging suitable for various liquid preparations for both home and professional production. Thanks to the transparent body, you have a good overview of the filled volume as well as the visual aspect of the formulation, which is appreciated especially by manufacturers of cosmetics and cleaning agents. The integrated lever sprayer enables comfortable, precise and hygienic dispensing without contact with the internal contents, so the packaging is suitable for regular and long-term use.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, kitchen or work environment and at the same time to look aesthetic even when refilled repeatedly. The plastic bottle is lightweight, fits well in the hand and the lever sprayer ensures even distribution of the product on the skin, surface or hair, depending on the type of fill.
This packaging is supplied together with the lever sprayer as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, the behaviour of the dispenser during long-term use, and the reaction of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, surface-active substances, etc.).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the lever sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe use of the fill.
The packaging is ideal for liquid soaps, cleaning and disinfecting solutions, facial and body waters, hair sprays and various water-based or hydroalcoholic solutions intended for spraying. It is suitable wherever you need an even distribution on the skin or surfaces and where comfortable dispensing without spillage is important.
Before first use and before each refilling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and letting it dry thoroughly. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the internal space of the bottle and the suction tube with an alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% plant ethanol. Only after complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying of the packaging is it appropriate to fill the bottle again.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, assigning it to sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade website. The plastic bottle and the lever sprayer may consist of several types of plastic, so it is advisable, where possible, to separate them (for example, unscrew the sprayer from the body of the bottle) and sort them in accordance with local plastic collection rules. Always follow the recommendations in your municipality and the information in the product parameters section.

With more viscous emulsions or gels, the comfort of spraying may decrease, so we recommend verifying the appropriate viscosity of the formulation in a small test dose before filling. For preparations with alcohol content, it is important to monitor the long-term compatibility of the pump material and seals – carry out a test filling and a multi-day test to verify that dispensing remains smooth and the seal does not leak. If necessary, adjust the formula or choose another type of dispensing from the Handymade range.
