Aluminium bottle with transparent trigger sprayer 200 ml represents a professional and reusable packaging suitable especially for liquid preparations that need to be dispensed in the form of a fine mist or practical spraying. The metal body of the bottle ensures a solid construction and good protection of the contents, while the transparent mechanical sprayer allows comfortable and controlled application.
This type of packaging is popular for the production of cosmetics, cleaning solutions and home-made mixtures, where even distribution of the preparation over a larger area is important. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight aluminium bottle and an ergonomic trigger mechanism, use is comfortable even with frequent handling and repeated pumping.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a trigger sprayer, which provides comfortable and even spraying of the contents. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided you follow basic hygiene principles and take into account the compatibility of the material with the specific formulation. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the spraying mechanism. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, let all parts dry completely and only then refill them.
For long-term use it is advisable to rinse the sprayer regularly with lukewarm water or a suitable cleaning solution, especially if you work with more viscous or strongly perfumed preparations. After emptying the bottle, we recommend “pumping through” the mechanism several times in clean water to remove product residues from the tube and nozzle. Avoid using mixtures that are too thick or that crystallise, which could clog the sprayer, and at first use always test the spray pattern and the evenness of atomisation.
The bottle is ideal for all liquid preparations that you need to apply in spray form – for example toning and refreshing waters, body and hair sprays, interior and textile fragrances, aqueous solutions with essential oils or auxiliary solutions for the home and workshop. It is always advisable to verify that the composition of the preparation does not contain components that could be problematic for the metal packaging or the sprayer (for example very aggressive chemicals) and to test any potential compatibility on a small trial sample.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the product parameters. The metal body of the bottle is usually sorted into the container intended for metal packaging, while the plastic sprayer belongs to plastic waste, unless otherwise specified in local sorting rules. Before handing over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any product residues. Always follow the local collection system and the markings on the packaging.
