The transparent plastic bottle with trigger spray is a practical packaging intended for the convenient application of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the transparent container body, you always have a visual overview of the contents, which makes it easier to monitor consumption and to refill. This type of packaging is particularly suitable for cosmetic and cleaning formulations where even, metered and hygienic application without direct contact with the contents is important.
The spray mechanism enables convenient spraying of the preparation onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles and minimizes product waste. The plastic bottle with sprayer is therefore an ideal choice for manufacturers as well as home makers who are looking for reliable and reusable packaging for their liquid blends.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a ready-made combination set packaging + trigger sprayer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will be long-term stable and safely stored in the packaging.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer thoroughly. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which are also available in our range (IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based). This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the service life of both the packaging itself and the contents.
Plastic bottles of this type are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher or when boiling, there is a risk of material deformation, damage to the shape or function of the sprayer and reduced tightness. For cleaning we recommend hand washing in suitably warm water with an appropriate cleaning agent, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with an alcohol solution. Avoid prolonged exposure to very hot water or direct heat sources.
When filling the bottle, we recommend placing the packaging on a flat surface and not exceeding the maximum recommended filling level indicated by the manufacturer or stated in the product parameters. After filling, check that the dip tube of the sprayer is correctly immersed in the liquid and screw the sprayer on evenly, without over-tightening, to avoid damaging the thread. Before first use, press the trigger several times until the system is primed and starts dosing. For more viscous or composition‑specific formulations, it is advisable to perform a test spray to verify the suitability of the viscosity for this type of mechanism.
If you decide not to use the bottle with sprayer any longer, we first recommend emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing it out so that no residues of the original product remain inside. Then check the material designation of the packaging in the product parameters on the website – according to the relevant recycling symbol, choose the appropriate separate collection (for example, a plastic container). If the sprayer mechanism consists of several types of materials, follow the local rules for waste separation and only separate the individual parts if the collection system in your municipality allows it. By sorting correctly, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
