Transparent round plastic bottle with smooth white cap and reducer represents a practical and versatile packaging solution for liquid and partially viscous products. Thanks to its transparent design, it enables immediate visual control of the contents, which is ideal for cosmetics, hygiene preparations and various solutions. The reducer in the cap helps to achieve more precise and cleaner dosing, thereby increasing user comfort as well as the professional appearance of the final product.
If the packaging is made from PET-type material, it is necessary to take into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, at which deformation of the bottle may occur. In such a case, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or boiling, and gentle hand cleaning at lower temperatures is recommended.
This bottle is designed as a stand-alone container and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of reliable performance in real use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and the material is not visibly damaged or deformed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, vegetable-based. After rinsing and drying, you can safely refill the bottle with a suitable content.
First remove any residues of the original contents and rinse the packaging thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and water. We then recommend rinsing and disinfecting the bottle using alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination. After applying the disinfectant, allow the container to drip freely and dry completely at room temperature. If the material is PET or a similar heat-sensitive plastic, do not expose it to high temperatures, do not use a dishwasher or boiling, in order to prevent deformation of the bottle.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Check the material designation on the bottle and in the parameter table on the product page and then sort it into the appropriate container for plastic waste according to local rules. Before placing it in separated waste collection, empty the bottle, minimise any remaining product and compress the packaging so that it takes up less space. The cap is usually made from a different type of plastic, but in most sorting systems it can be recycled together with the bottle; therefore follow the recommendations of your collection system.
Plastic packaging, especially if made from PET or other heat-sensitive plastics, is not intended for filling with very hot products. At high temperatures, there is a risk of softening or deformation of the bottle walls and the tightness of the closure may also deteriorate. It is recommended to fill only cooled or slightly lukewarm formulations that fall within the temperature range recommended for the given type of plastic. Monitor the specific limits in the quality certificate and product parameters, and for your own recipes always carry out a trial filling on a smaller test sample.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example plastic bottles, glass containers or jars). In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters at once – the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the offer to only those containers that match your formulation and preferred design. We also recommend always checking the quality certificate and the product parameters so that you can be sure of the suitability of the packaging for the specific use.
