Transparent round plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and elegant packaging for liquid products, suitable for home crafting as well as small-scale artisan production. Thanks to the transparent walls, you always have the amount of filled cosmetics or other preparation under control, which facilitates dosing and visual quality control. The integrated dispenser ensures hygienic and comfortable application without unnecessary contact of the contents with the external environment.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for various types of liquid preparations – from gentle facial products to thicker cleansing or treatment blends. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and also suitable for more frequent transport in cosmetic bags or parcels for customers. The combination of the transparent body and the dispenser also supports the professional appearance of the finished product.
This bottle is supplied as a complete set with dispenser, with the whole unit designed to provide functional and aesthetic product packaging. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle, the dispenser and all parts of the closure, and then disinfect them, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. By following such a procedure, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the new product and support longer stability of your formulations.
First, take the bottle and dispenser apart into as many parts as can be safely detached. Wash the parts in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly with clean water. After drying, we recommend spraying or rinsing all parts with disinfectant alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable, and allowing the alcohol residues to evaporate freely. Only then refill the bottle with the final product.
Plastic packaging of this type is intended mainly for filling with products at room temperature or slightly elevated temperature. Do not expose the bottle to high temperatures in order to avoid undesirable softening or deformation of the material. Finished formulations should be allowed to cool down to a safe temperature before filling. The packaging is not intended for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher, because increased temperature and water pressure may affect the shape and sealing of the dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing any product residues. Then sort the bottle according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters on the page – the material corresponds to the designation stated in the parameter table and, accordingly, it belongs in the relevant container for plastic waste. It is advisable to sort the dispenser and smaller parts separately if they are made of a different material, or, if local rules do not allow this, place them in mixed waste. By following local recycling rules, you support a more sustainable approach to packaging materials.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the extended filter, you can conveniently narrow down the range according to key parameters such as type and size of neck, overall size of the packaging, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly choose bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that will best match your formulation, planned dosing and the visual style of your brand.
