The plastic bottle with sprayer is a practical packaging intended for filling and applying various liquid preparations where fine, even dispersion of the product is important. Thanks to the combination of a transparent body and a functional mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and technical formulations that require convenient dosing in the form of a mist or spray. The aesthetically designed black–silver sprayer gives the packaging a professional appearance suitable also for branded products and small production runs.
This bottle with attached sprayer forms a complete functional packaging ready for filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. We recommend becoming familiar with them before finally introducing the packaging into production so that you can correctly choose the filling conditions, product type and storage method.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly under normal use, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the internal surfaces and the mechanism are completely dry do we recommend refilling the packaging with a new product.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with clean water, possibly with a mild cleaning agent suitable for the given type of formulation. Then treat the inside of the container as well as the outer surfaces with alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. For the sprayer, it is advisable to pump a small amount of alcohol through the mechanism so that the internal capillary and nozzle are also disinfected. After disinfection, allow all parts to ventilate thoroughly and dry at room temperature and only then refill with the product.
The plastic packaging of this type is not intended for exposure to high temperatures, so we do not recommend boiling it or washing it in a dishwasher. When exposed to hot water or hot air, the walls of the bottle may deform or the spray mechanism may be damaged. For cleaning and disinfection, prefer lukewarm water, mild cleaning agents and subsequent treatment with a suitable alcohol at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, assigning it to sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters on the page. Throw the bottle body into the appropriate plastic container and, if required by local recycling rules, separate the sprayer if different types of plastics must be separated. When handling, follow local waste-sorting instructions and the recommendations arising from the material marking on the product.
