Transparent round plastic bottle with smooth white cap and reducer insert represents a practical and universal packaging for liquid and partially viscous products. Thanks to its transparent design, it allows for immediate visual inspection of the contents, which is ideal for cosmetics, hygiene preparations and various solutions. The reducer in the cap helps to achieve more precise and cleaner dosing, thereby increasing user comfort as well as the professional appearance of the final product.
If the packaging is made from PET-type material, it is necessary to take into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, at which deformation of the bottle may occur. In such a case the packaging is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling, and gentle manual cleaning at lower temperatures is recommended.
This bottle is designed as a stand-alone container and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of reliable performance in real use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided you follow basic hygiene principles and the material is not visibly damaged or deformed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After rinsing and drying, you can safely refill the bottle with a suitable content.
First remove any residues of the original contents and rinse the packaging thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and water. Then we recommend rinsing and disinfecting the bottle using alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination. After applying the disinfectant, allow the container to drain freely and dry completely at room temperature. If the material is PET or a similar heat-sensitive plastic, do not expose it to high temperatures, do not use a dishwasher or boiling, in order to avoid deformation of the bottle.
If you decide not to use the container any longer, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. Check the material designation on the bottle and in the parameter table on the product page, and then sort it into the appropriate container for plastic waste according to local rules. Before placing it into sorted waste, empty the bottle, minimise any product residues and compress the container so that it takes up less space. The cap is usually made of a different type of plastic, but in most sorting systems it can be recycled together with the bottle; therefore follow the recommendations of your collection system.
Plastic packaging, especially if it is made of PET or other heat-sensitive plastics, is not intended for filling with very hot products. At high temperatures there is a risk of softening or deformation of the bottle walls and the tightness of the cap may also deteriorate. It is recommended to fill only cooled or slightly lukewarm formulations that fall within the temperature range recommended for the given type of plastic. Monitor specific limits in the quality certificate and product parameters, and for your own recipes always carry out a trial filling on a smaller sample.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example plastic bottles, glass containers or jars). In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters at once – neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way you can quickly narrow the offer down to only those containers that correspond to your formulation and preferred design. We also recommend always checking the quality certificate and product parameters so that you can be sure that the packaging is suitable for the specific use.
