The plastic bottle with a glossy surface and dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the sophisticated plastic dispensing system, it enables comfortable, controlled and hygienic application of liquid formulations, while minimizing the contact of the contents with air and contamination from the surroundings. The dark, opaque design also helps to better protect light-sensitive components from degradation during normal storage in a bathroom or salon.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a plastic dispenser, which is designed to ensure comfortable and reliable dosing of the product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, surface-active substances or preservation system).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The integrated dispenser is ideal especially for liquid and semi-liquid preparations, such as toners, light emulsions, body milks or face creams with low to medium viscosity. With very thick creams, dosing may be more difficult, so we always recommend carrying out a test with a smaller amount of product before the final filling and checking whether the pump ensures smooth and even dispensing.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Always carry out disinfection on a clean, dry surface, let the alcohol evaporate completely and only then refill the packaging, in order to ensure maximum hygiene and product stability.
For normal cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then rinsing the packaging thoroughly and letting it dry. Avoid aggressive chemicals and abrasive sponges that could scratch the glossy surface. If you plan to refill the packaging, disinfect it after washing with alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol from the Handymade range) and let it dry completely. If it is a plastic that is more sensitive to heat, it is not recommended to expose it to high temperatures, boiling or dishwashing, because deformation or weakening of the material may occur.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely as far as possible and removing any product residues. Then check the material designation given in the parameter table at the product page on the Handymade website and, according to this designation, place the packaging into the appropriate sorted waste stream (for example plastic into the yellow container). In the case of a combination of different materials (bottle body, pump, tube), it is ideal to separate them before disposal so that recycling can take place as efficiently as possible in accordance with local waste sorting rules.

In this way you quickly narrow down the range to dropper bottles, bottles, jars or pots that best match your formulation and the visual style of your brand, and you can compare their details in the product parameters and in the quality certificates.
