The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and black-gold dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise dispensing, it is ideal for products where controlled application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance of the finished product are important, both in professional and home cosmetics.
The durable glass material ensures the stability and long-term protection of the stored product, while the dark decorated glass helps reduce light penetration to more sensitive substances in the formulation. The combination of the glass bottle and a high-quality dispenser enables hygienic, accurate and economical use of preparations without excessive waste.
This glass bottle with dispenser is designed as a compatible set of packaging and dispensing component. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging also works reliably with your specific product.

When selecting the packaging, we recommend taking into account the nature of the formulation (viscosity, content of active substances, pH, etc.) and adapting the dispensing system and method of storage accordingly, in order to ensure the long-term stability of the final product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for cosmetic use, which you can find in the Handymade range.
Before repeated use, we recommend first mechanically removing the residues of the original product, then washing the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging and the contact parts of the dispenser with an alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % denatured plant-based ethanol. Only after complete drying can you refill the packaging with a new formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend disposing of it by sorting waste according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass bottle can, after removal of any remaining contents, be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic dispenser must be separated from the bottle and sorted according to the type of plastic in accordance with local recycling rules. Before discarding, it is advisable to rinse the packaging in order to reduce the amount of residual cosmetic product.
The integrated dispenser is suitable mainly for low- to medium-viscosity products where precise application of a small amount of preparation is required – typically facial and eye serums, light emulsions, fluids, targeted treatments or care products for specific skin areas. For very rich creams or, conversely, very thin liquid solutions, we recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dispensing comfort before final production of a larger batch.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to sort products according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the selection only to those bottles, vials or jars that meet the requirements of your specific formulation and brand design.
