The glass dropper bottle with a white surface and a shiny silver dropper is an aesthetic and functional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and accurate dropper, it is suitable for filling serums, concentrates, active substances and more sensitive blends where controlled drop-by-drop dosing is important. The opaque white design helps protect the contents from external influences and prolongs their stability during storage and use.
This bottle with dropper is supplied as a functional unit – the packaging and closure are already matched to each other for precise drop dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging cooperates optimally with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. Before use, we recommend studying these documents and adapting the filling, storage and usage method to the nature of your formulation.
The glass bottle is generally suitable for most oil-based and hydroalcoholic cosmetic preparations. Stable glass, when used correctly, does not react with the contents and is suitable for serums, oil elixirs and products containing a proportion of alcohol. For new or highly specific formulations, however, we recommend carrying out a small compatibility test to verify how the product behaves over time.
The bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed, especially within your own production or DIY projects. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of contamination. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96%. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass bottle in the container designated for glass. The closure with dropper consists of several materials (plastic, possibly rubber and the glass of the pipette); we recommend separating them where possible and placing the plastic parts in the plastics container and the glass parts in the glass container. Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the information in the parameter table next to the product on the Handymade.sk website.
The dropper is ideal for low- to medium-viscosity liquids that need to be dosed precisely drop by drop – for example facial serums, oil concentrates, active solutions, aromatherapeutic oils or test samples. For thicker emulsions or gel textures the dropper system may be less practical, so for higher-viscosity formulations consider another dosing type within the packaging range.
