The glass vial, white frosted smooth dropper is a practical and professional-looking packaging material for packaging liquid products where packaging cleanliness, material stability and accurate dosage are important. Glass is suitable for formulations where you want to minimize the unwanted influence of the packaging on the aroma and composition of the product. Naturally, dark glass helps to limit light transmission and UV radiation, which is particularly beneficial for oils, extracts and active ingredients. The packaging is also food-grade, so it is also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (subject to hygienic filling principles).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. For food applications, we recommend taking care of filling hygiene and testing the seal and dosage according to the specific filling.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%, and allowed to dry completely before filling.
The dropper is particularly practical for liquid and medium viscosity products where accurate dosing is important (e.g. oils, extracts, solutions and serums). For very thick formulations, we recommend doing a dosing test to verify smooth application.
We recommend working in a clean environment, using clean filling equipment and avoiding touching the inside of the container and dropper with your hands. After disinfection, allow the packaging and components to dry completely and fill the product as soon as possible after preparation.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As the packaging is made of glass, plastic and silicone, it is ideal to separate the components: put the glass part in the glass container, the plastic parts in the separated waste for plastics. Sort the silicone parts according to local rules (if separate collection is not available, they usually belong in mixed waste). Before sorting, remove product residues and rinse the packaging if possible.
