Glass vial with black spray pump is a universal container suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist or spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional spray pump, it is ideal for packaging cosmetic formulations, aromatherapeutic blends or home hygiene solutions, where controlled application to the skin or surface is important.
This type of bottle enables hygienic and economical dosing without direct contact with the contents, which helps minimize the risk of contamination and prolongs product stability. The bottle is also practical for smaller runs and trial samples, where it is appropriate to have a compact, professional-looking package with a high-quality spray mechanism.
Glass vials of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The spray pump is primarily intended for low-viscosity liquids, such as water-based solutions, hydrolats or light alcoholic and hydroalcoholic blends. With more viscous emulsions or oils, atomization may be impaired or the nozzle may clog, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in this type of packaging before final production.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygienic principles are followed; however, we recommend reserving it for a similar type of formulations (for example always for water-based sprays or always for alcoholic solutions). Before each new filling, it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the spray mechanism. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging suitable for further use.
After emptying the contents, we recommend removing the spray pump from the bottle, rinsing it with warm water and, if necessary, with a suitable cleaning solution compatible with your formulation. It is then advisable to draw a small amount of clean water or disinfectant alcohol into the mechanism and spray several times until the liquid exits evenly. Before the next filling, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

Thanks to this, you can easily find bottles, vials, jars or pumps that will best match the specific product and your production requirements.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information stated in the product parameters. The glass body of the vial is typically placed in the container designated for glass, the plastic spray pump and any other plastic parts are sorted into the container for plastics, unless the local sorting system states otherwise. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues so that other recycled material is not contaminated.
