The glass bottle (vial) with oil dispenser is a practical container designed for clean, accurate and repeatable dispensing of liquid products in cosmetics and other applications. The glass is material stable and neutral, making it suitable for packaging formulas where it is important to maintain the original properties, fragrance and consistency. The oil dispenser promotes hygienic application and reduces unnecessary contact of the contents with the environment during daily use. When dark or opaque glass is chosen, the packaging naturally helps to protect the contents from light and UV rays (UVA/UVB). The enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate also indicates food grade, making the packaging suitable for selected products intended for indoor use (depending on your application and type of filling).
Combinations of packaging and caps, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, by choosing dark or opaque glass, the packaging naturally reduces light transmission and helps protect the contents from UV rays (UVA/UVB). For light-sensitive ingredients, we recommend preferring dark glass and storing out of direct sunlight.
Yes, the food quality is indicated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate, therefore the packaging is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures or extracts intended for internal use (always according to the specific filling and your use).
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the container should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%, and then allowed to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Before recycling, empty the packaging and remove any residual product. Sort the glass part into the glass collection and sort the plastic parts (dispenser and cover) into the plastic collection. Separating the materials will improve the quality of further processing in the recycling chain.
